From the outside me and my friend had thought the food truck was closed so we were hesitant to go up, but we were SOOO glad we did. First of all the guy working was friendly and made our food pretty quick. We ordered 3 asada tacos and 3 queabirria tacos, the asada tacos were filled with beef and a good amount of onions & cilantro. The quesabirria tacos were SOOO bomb, filled with beef and cheese and overall just soo bomb. And the prices weren't bad at all, definitely worth the drive

The burritos are kinda meh, but the QuesaBirria combo and Birria Ramen are SOOOOO good. I'm salivating just thinking about it now. They are not healthy, but they are delicious. If you've never tried QuesaBirria before, give it a shot. It's a seasoned slow cooked fall apart beef with melted cheese on a corn tortilla that's fried on the grill -- so crispy and delicious. The QuesaBirria combo comes with a consume (the broth that the beef was cooked in) to dip them in, or just drink.

I've driven past this food truck many times, but it's almost always outside their business hours (my fault, not theirs). Yesterday I was in the area and, even though I'd already had dinner... It was a cold night so the window was shut most of the time, but they were friendly and had my food up in about two minutes. I just had a couple tacos. Yeah. It was good. One pollo (chicken) and one al pastor (pork) and both were amazing. The tacos are mission style, piled high with meat and onions, with two shells and a slice of lime. I like to eat them as two tacos each instead of eating as-is, because there's no way I can eat them without spilling otherwise. The hot sauce was a little spicy but definitely not too hot. I'll be back to try more.

the tacos here are always delicious. I think I've basically had all the meats and the quesabirria is great too. I also love the burritos and the torta. A must try!

La Monarca is in the parking lot of Freedom Church on Avondale, super convenient. There aren't any tables to sit at, but I suppose you could sit on the grass. Plenty of parking. Great for folks in eastern Woodinville to be able to get good grub without having to go very far. Tacos, quesadilla, horchata and burrito were all tasty, and the burrito is huge for $9+. Service was friendly and quick. We'll be back!

The food here is absolutely delicious!! The QuesaBirria is to die for, and some of the best consommé I've ever had. The service is awesome as well. I highly recommend!!!
